Mr. Maraigua is a Senior Administrator at the Directorate. He is currently pursing PhD in Political Science at Kenyatta University. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nairobi. He has a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). Mr. Maraigua has overseen management of consultancy assignments and short skills training for over 15 years.
Some of the key projects he is involved in include:- Building Gender Responsive Climate Resilient Communities in South Sudan (GECRESS); KU-SPARC Project; Recruitment and Selection Services for the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO); and Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project (KYEOP). Mr. Maraigua is the Coordinator, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities in the Directorate. He is trained in Quality Management System (QMS)/International Standards Organization.

Mr. Onditi holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) degree from the University of Nairobi UON; Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Business) degree from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Information Management Systems (IMIS-UK) from Strathmore University. He is currently pursuing a PhD course in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from the University of Nairobi. He is an Associate Member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).
Mr. Onditi has undertaken a number of short courses in management and transformative leadership, digital, social media marketing and Organizational Knowledge Management (KM). He has been trained in risk management framework, credit appraisal and management, business planning, budgeting and financing small and medium enterprises (SMEs). He is a certified Quality Management Systems (QMS) Internal Auditor ISO 2001:2015; and has also trained on Risk Based Thinking ISO 2001:2015.
He brings on board a wealth of experience in designing and implementing consultancy projects, training, proposal writing, contract negotiations, logistics coordination, and risk and project management.
