- Provision of Business Development Services (BDS) to build SME capacity, including training, exposure tours, business clinics, preparation of business proposals, organization of exhibitions and trade fairs;
- Resource Mapping consultancy to determine viability and commercialization of available resources for the industrialization of the county;
- Development of county policy documents and industrialization master Plan;
- Carrying out of feasibility studies and research on priority industrial investment for the county;
- Participation in county infrastructure development;
- Implementation of knowledge management program;
- Setting up of Automation Systems for all County functions
- Digitization of records;
- Setting up of websites and web portals;
- Setting up cyber security and Business Continuity Systems;
- Pre-qualification for services;
- Any other areas of collaboration aimed at promoting and facilitating industrialization as may be agreed upon by the parties
